How to read this. The PortPro column comes from its public website, release notes, tutorial videos and review sites as last checked on 2026-10-06. “Not on its public pages” means we did not find it, not that it is missing. PortPro’s help center sits behind a login, so we could not check it. Products change, so confirm anything that decides your purchase with each vendor.

Switching

Moving over from PortPro or a spreadsheet.

You can import drivers, trucks, chassis, customers, rate tables and loads from Excel, CSV or a PDF rate sheet. The importer matches columns by heading, checks every row before saving, and flags duplicates. Run it in the trial on a copy of your real week and compare the result with what you have today.

PortPro books terminal appointments and we need that. What do you offer?

Dispatch Board does not book appointments automatically. It has appointment rules, slot capacity and booking links, so your team still books, but with the rules in one place. If automatic booking decides your purchase, PortPro is the better fit on that point.

We want to see per diem and chassis problems before we pay for them. Where do I start?

Start with the Billing tab: Per diem, Chassis bills and the Money Check. Upload last month’s chassis invoice in the trial and see which lines are flagged against your own dates.

Can I run both for a while?

Yes. The trial doesn’t touch your current system, so you can enter a week of loads in both and compare.

Will my drivers need training?

The driver app runs in the phone’s browser, and each screen has a Help Center guide. How much training you need depends on your team.

Judge it on your own loads.

Start a trial, import a week of moves and compare the results side by side.
