Features

Everything a drayage fleet runs on.

Each item below exists in the product today. Where something works only with a plan, an add-on or an outside account, we say so.

01

Dispatch

The daily work of getting every move covered.

  • Timeline by driver, Kanban columns and a live map of trucks, loads and terminals
  • Drag a load onto a truck or a driver to assign it, with undo
  • Plan day: one click drafts the whole fleet’s day, explains each pick, lets you pin rows and shows empty miles and late minutes saved
  • Hard limits in the planner: licences, endorsements, TWIC, 11 hours driving and 14 on duty
  • Travel times learned from your own drivers’ completed stops
  • Street turns and dual transaction suggestions
  • Problems tab for holds, last free days, late moves and missing information
  • Customer service week grid for the next seven days
  • Hold alerts before a driver is sent, and plan day avoids a shut gate
  • Recurring lanes and bulk import of loads

02

Containers and ports

Dates that move the cost, kept up to date.

  • Container tracking through Terminal49 for availability and last free day
  • Vessel arrival alerts from five AIS providers: VesselFinder, MarineTraffic, Datalastic, AISHub and AIS Stream
  • Empty return restrictions by place, line, size and dates, with the alternative return place
  • Dual suggestions skip an empty the place won’t take that day
  • Appointment rules and slot capacity, plus booking links
  • Port closures by terminal and date
  • Yard list with days on the ground, a spot, per diem clock and next move
  • Container number check digit validation in intake and API

Not included: automatic appointment booking in terminal systems such as eModal.

03

Per diem, chassis and detention

Recover what you are owed and contest what you are not.

  • Per diem by day with the reason each day was charged: terminal closure, hold, container not available, later appointment, late customer delivery, or nothing on record
  • One-click billing of the customer’s share to the load, or to a replacement invoice
  • Dispute letter to the line with dates, reasons and a packet of tracking events, appointments and closures
  • Record the answer (waived, partly waived, denied) and see what you won back
  • Chassis bill checker for DCLI, TRAC and Flexi-Van invoices, with dispute letter and CSV
  • Waiting-time audit with GPS pings in the geofence and wait documents
  • Missed-charge finder
  • Money Check: one figure, plus an optional Monday email

04

Driver app

A web app drivers add to their home screen.

  • Moves with stops, documents and a to-do list before leaving
  • Accept, decline (with a reason) or “on my way” on each move, if you switch it on
  • Clock in before starting a move, if you switch it on
  • Photos, signed PODs and PDFs saved on the phone and uploaded when signal returns
  • Alerts read aloud with a chime, quiet hours and a choice of voice
  • Chat with dispatch on each load
  • “Ready for a load” ping with a note
  • Free chassis picked from your equipment list
  • Pay: settlements, deductions and PDF statements
  • Maps app choice: Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze
  • Location sent to the live map

Canada

Built for carriers on both sides of the border.

  • CAD and USD on loads, invoices and pay
  • GST, HST, QST and PST
  • Kilometres or miles
  • BC port compliance add-on: the rate order lives in the board, a pay check runs each period against what you actually paid, and a file is ready for the Commissioner. It starts from the published 1 July 2026 figures, so confirm them against the current order.
