What counts as a truck?
Active drivers set the meter. You can’t give back trucks below the number of drivers you have active, and the app tells you how many that is.
Do dispatchers and office staff cost extra?
No. Dispatcher and admin logins are unlimited on every plan. Driver, customer and carrier logins are free.
Is there a setup fee?
TBD. You can import your own drivers, trucks, customers, rates and loads from Excel or CSV during the trial.
Can I add trucks mid-month?
Yes. Extra trucks can be added one at a time. With card billing connected, a truck added mid-month is prorated to the day.
