Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026.

These terms apply to this website and to the Dispatch Board service provided by Virtuoso Technologies Ltd. (“we”). By using either, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you agree for that company.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced per month by the number of trucks, as shown on the pricing page, in Canadian or US dollars. Plans renew each month until cancelled. If you pay for a year up front, you get two months free and the plan renews yearly. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Optional guided onboarding is free with an annual plan and a one-time fee of $999 with a monthly plan. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to your account.

Trials

New companies get a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial the account moves to the plan you choose.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. A monthly plan stops at the end of the current month. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it. Before you leave, you can download a full backup file and a CSV of your loads.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We use it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to put that data into the service, including your drivers’ consent to location tracking where required.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access other customers’ data, to disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep Dispatch Board available and accurate, and we update it often. Features may change. Calculations such as per diem, detention, chassis charges and BC Container Trucking Act pay checks are tools to help you, and you remain responsible for your own billing, pay and compliance decisions.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we change them, we will update the date above and tell active customers about material changes. Questions? Email [email protected] or use the contact form.
